School buses operating in Oxford County this morning face a 2-hour delay. That's due to a thick blanket of fog covering our area, greatly reducing viability on the roadways. Vehicles travelling from Oxford County to London are also facing a 2-hour delay. Buses travelling to Oxford County's French schools, Ste.
