Owen Ireton, Charley Barnes, Tyler Bouck and Kobe Nadlin were honoured for their hard work during the regular season.
WOODSTOCK - The Woodstock Navy Vets cleaned up at the annual Doherty Division Awards.
Owen Ireton was named the Most Valueable Player and the Top Scorer after finishing the regular season with 36 goals and 39 assists, totalling 75 points. He's the first Navy Vet to score 30 goals since 1999 and he's had to the most goals of any Vet since 1996.
Charley Barnes was named the Top Defenceman for the second year in a row after he finished the season with 22 goals and 36 assists, totalling 58 points.
Tyler Bouck and Kobe Nadlin won the Team Best Goaltending Award, allowing the fewest goals in the division with 102 goals in 42 games this season. Bouck also won the Top Goalie Award and 16-year-old Nadlin walked away with Rookie of the Year after his first junior season.
The Doherty Division Awards are voted on by all eight teams in the division.
The Woodstock Navy Vets were also named the regular season champions for the division this year, and they're currently facing the Paris Titans in the playoffs.
