A Zorra resident has been charged in connection to an assault that was reported in Malahide Township.
MALAHIDE TOWNSHIP - It was a tag team effort for the OPP to catch a suspect.
On Friday at 12:45 a.m. the Elgin OPP, was notified of an assault at a residence on Crossley-Hunter Line in Malahide Township.
The accused male fled the scene and was later found by the Oxford OPP. As a result, a 30-year-old from Zorra Township was arrested and charged with assault. He will be in St. Thomas Court on March 4th.
