Police say the vehicle was going 139 kilometres per hour in an 80 zone.
BRANT COUNTY - A speedster has been busted in Brant County.
On Tuesday, just after 1:30 a.m. officers conducted a traffic stop on Highway 24 north of Colbourne Street West, as a vehicle was caught going 139 km/h in an 80 zone.
As a result, an 26-year-old Brantford man has been charged with driving a motor vehicle performing a stunt with excessive speed, and speeding over the posted limit. The driver also had his licence suspended for 30 days, and the vehicle was impounded for 14 days.
