A student group says it's not impressed with the Ontario government's move to lower the cap on tuition fee increases over the next four years. The Liberals announced yesterday that annual tuition hikes will be capped at an average of three per cent -- as opposed to the previous five per cent limit. But the Canadian Federation of Students' Ontario branch says simply lowering the cap won't stop fees from increasing each year. The group had asked the province to reduce tuition fees by 30 per cent over the next three years.
