A 29-year-old is facing impaired driving charges after a single-vehicle crash Saturday afternoon.
WATERFORD - An impaired driver is now facing charges.
Norfolk OPP responded to a single-car collision this past Sunday just after 2:00 p.m. on Duncombe Road in Waterford. Officers determined the driver was impaired, and took him into custody.
As a result, the 29-year-old is facing charges of operation while impaired by alcohol and drugs, operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 plus, and careless driving. He is now scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice located in Simcoe next month.
