The United States has not given any indication as to when they might ease land border restrictions with Canada and Mexico.
The United States will keep the land borders to Canada and Mexico closed for at least another month.
Canada opened up its borders to our neighbours to the south over a month ago, however the States have no plans at this time to return the favour.
Border restrictions on nonessential travel have been extended through October 21, the White House confirmed today. The restrictions have been in place since the start of the pandemic.
The U.S has not given any indication when they plan to ease land border restrictions.
