The Eastbound Canadian National train experienced mechanical problems on Sunday morning just outside the Village of Princeton.
PRINCETON - Nobody was injured after a train stopped on the tracks near the Village of Princeton.
The Eastbound Canadian National train experienced mechanical problems on Sunday morning between Blenheim Road and Oxford Road 3, just south of Township Road 2.
Oxford County EMS and the Blandford Blenheim Township Fire Department were called to the scene, and remained in the area as a precaution.
There were no injuries as a result of the incident and there was no threat to public safety. The train was stopped in the village for several hours.
