Two Norwich teenagers are facing charges for allegedly stealing a cargo van. Police were called to a home on Main St. in the village this week to investigate a report of a stolen Chevy Cargo van. Police found it at the dead end of Sutton St., still running with some stolen items inside. OPP say their investigation revealed two males had fled from the vehicle. A 16-year-old and a 14-year-old boy are facing charges of theft, possession of stolen property and two counts each of break and enter.
