Workplace leadership can now pre-register essential employees who can't work from home for a vaccine through the Southwestern Public Health Unit.
OXFORD/ELGIN/ST.THOMAS - Southwestern Public Health is currently accepting pre-registration for essential workers who cannot work from home.
This is only for workplaces identified in Ontario's Guidance for Prioritization of Phase 2 Populations. You can find out if your workplace qualifies online here.
Please note this is just a pre-registrations and you are not yet eligible to book an appointment. Individuals should NOT pre-register themselves – only workplace leadership can pre-register for their organization.
