The Board of Directors issued a press release today saying that former CEO Michael Barrett is no longer with the organization.
The South West LHIN which serves Oxford County has decided to take a new direction with their leadership.
The Board of Directors issued a press release today saying that former CEO Michael Barrett is no longer with the organization. The Board indicated they wanted to take a different direction with their leadership. They also thanked Barrett for his ten years with the South West LHIN and his commitment to helping the organization reach a number of goals.
Barrett did issue a statement saying he enjoyed his time as CEO.
"It has been my pleasure serving the people of Southwestern Ontario, and I want to wish the LHIN, and all of its hard-working staff, well moving into the future."
The search for a new CEO will begin immediately. In the meantime Kelly Gillis, Vice President of Strategy, System Design and Integration and Donna Ladouceur, Vice President of Home and Community Care will assume the role of Interim Co-CEO.
