It's going to be a snowy start to the weekend.
UPDATE: The snow squall watch has been downgraded to a winter weather travel advisory.
Environment Canada is now predicting 5 to 15 centimetres of snow by tonight.
---
OXFORD COUNTY - We're still under a snow squall watch in Oxford County.
Environment Canada says we could be in for 20 to 35 centimetres of snow by tomorrow evening.
It says a burst of lake effect snow squalls will push south this morning, and there will also be more stationary snow squall bands this evening. This means we can expect higher snowfall accumulations overnight.
The heavy snowfall could impact your visibility on the roads, and blowing snow could also impact the road conditions. Make sure you drive accordingly if you have to go anywhere.
