INGERSOLL - A 32 year old man from Zorra Township has been arrested after he was allegedly caught stealing from a donation bin on St. Andrew Street in Ingersoll.
OPP were called after a good Samaritan caught the man breaking into the donation bin on Saturday evening.
The man was arrested by police and charged with theft under $5,000.

TILLSONBURG - Oxford OPP are warning the public about thief who used a distraction technique to steal a credit card in Tillsonburg.
A woman was shopping at the Tillsonburg Town Centre Mall when she was approached by a man in the parking lot. The man told her that he had found money under her vehicle and insisted that she take it.
The victim then opened her purse and put the money into her wallet at which time the male removed a credit card unbeknownst to the victim. It was later discovered that the credit card was missing and two transactions had already been completed.
The male suspect is described as white, 40 to 50 years of age and was wearing dark coloured clothing.

SOUTH WEST OXFORD - Oxford OPP are investigating after someone stole a laptop computer along with a saw from a farm on Karn Road in South West Oxford.
The items were stolen sometime between last Thursday evening and Friday morning. Entrance was gained to an unlocked building on the property.
Officers that arrived on scene located a Stihl quick saw laying in a grassy area near the side of the driveway. The saw was subsequently returned to its rightful owner. The computer is still missing.

TILLSONBURG - Police are searching for a woman who bolted from a taxi cab without paying in Tillsonburg.
Oxford OPP say the women took a cab from St. Thomas on Saturday evening and ran out as soon as she got to Lisgar Avenue in Tillsonburg.

EAST ZORRA-TAVISTOCK - A couple of unlocked vehicles were entered on Thames Street in East Zorra-Tavistock on Saturday evening.
A pair of sunglasses and the ownership from a the vehicle were stolen from the car. It was also discovered that a neighbour's unlocked vehicle had also been entered which was captured on security surveillance footage. Police will be reviewing the footage in an attempt to identify those responsible.
