The Oxford County Library will reopen its Norwich branch today and it also started increasing the hours at some of the other rural branches last week.
OXFORD COUNTY - The Oxford County Library is hoping to resume all of it's regular service hours by mid-April.
It started increasing the hours at some its rural branches last week and it will reopen the Norwich branch to the public starting today. The OCL branches in Ingersoll and Tillsonburg are both open six days a week.
Masking is recommended but no longer required at OCL library branches. Staff will continue to wear masks until at least April 11th. Plexiglass shields will also remain in place for the time being.
The library computers are available, but some of them are blocked off due to physical distancing requirements and some branches may require you to book an appointment for a computer ahead of time.
The Oxford County Library is currently planning a safe return to in-person programs, but there will be limited spaces and you will have to register beforehand.
You can find more information about the different Oxford County Library branches online here.
