A pair of incidents on Saturday led to charges in Norfolk County. Police responded to the crimes in Waterford and Delhi.
WATERFORD - An altercation leads to charges.
Norfolk OPP laid the charge after their investigation this past Saturday (February 10th).
It was close to 11:10 a.m., when officers went to an address on Auty Street in Waterford, after reports of an altercation between two people.
As a result, a 39-year-old Norfolk man is facing a charge of assault.

DELHI - Norfolk OPP responded to an incident in Delhi.
Just before 3:50 p.m. on Saturday (February 10th), officers were called to an address on Maes Lane.
It was determined that threats were made as two people were involved in a confrontation.
As a result, a 24-year-old Norfolk man has been charged with uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, and failure to comply with a probation order.
