Woodstock Fire was called out to a grease fire in an apartment on Hughson St. Friday night. That call came in around 11PM, as a 35-year-old man cooking some french fries let the situation get out of hand. His 44-year-old neighbour tried to help out and ended up suffering some minor burns. The residents of the building were briefly evacuated due to the smoke. No serious damage was done to the apartment.
