A toy drive for the Christmas Hamper program is being organized by Unifor Local 88.
INGERSOLL - Unifor Local 88 is organizing a toy drive in Ingersoll.
Right now they are really in need of some toys for the older kids. Julie Fenn tells Heart FM the toys will go towards some great programs that will ensure they end up in the right hands.
"Ingersoll and District Interchurch and the Christmas Hampers program, we are collecting for two weeks and ending on November 27th where we will have a Teddy Bear Christmas at our Unifor Hall."
You can drop off the toys at Fusion Youth Centre and the Unifor Union office on Victoria Street. Fenn says they will also be at the Ingersoll Santa Claus Parade on Saturday.
"Each toy donated will get you a raffle ticket for some electronics that will be drawn on November 27th at our Teddy Bear Christmas that everyone is invited to at our Unifor Hall."
