A Tillsonburg man is facing harassment charges. Oxford OPP's Crime Unit arrested and charged 63-year-old Michael Rusnak after an investigation into a complaint. Police say the harassment had been ongoing for a period of 2-years. Rusnak is charged with uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, and criminal harassment. He's been released from custody with a promise to appear in court on April 23rd.
