Environment Canada says we could see freezing rain tonight, beginning this evening or overnight.
OXFORD COUNTY - A weather warning is in effect for Oxford County.
Environment Canada is calling for a risk of freezing rain tonight, getting anywhere from 15 to 25 millimetres.
Showers will start this evening or after midnight. The precipitation could turn into freezing rain in some areas where temperatures are below the freezing mark.
Showers are expected to end late tomorrow morning or early afternoon.
Ponds of water on streets with blocked storm drains and in low lying areas is also possible.
In addition, southwest winds gusting to 70 or 80 km/h will develop tomorrow and continue for a majority of the day.
The rain and wind are associated with a Colorado Low that will track through Northeastern Ontario on Sunday.
