Police closed the westbound lanes of Highway 401 between Culloden Line and Putnam Road for several hours this morning.
UPDATE: The Middlesex OPP has confirmed that all of the westbound lanes of Highway 401 have reopened.

THAMES CENTRE - One person has died after an early morning crash on Highway 401 in Thames Centre.
Police say two vehicles collided in the westbound lanes between Culloden Line and Putnam Road at around 2:15 a.m. today.
One of the drivers died at the scene and officers have closed off the area for the investigation. It's unclear when the highway will reopen at this time.
