Farm Show Digital Pass holders will be able to check out a digital event all about planting topics today.
WOODSTOCK - Canada's Outdoor Farm Show kicks off today with the Farm Show Digital Pass.
Executive Vice-President of Glacier FarmMedia Lynda Tityk says organizers of Canada’s premier farm show in eastern Canada want to offer producers something now, while they wait and see what will happen in September.
"There is still so much uncertainty in 2021, and while we are all missing in-person farm shows, we wanted to give producers something certain they could count on: timely information throughout the year. The constantly evolving COVID-19 environment makes planning difficult, but our Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show team felt we could contribute in a concrete way, right now."
They are launching a year-long digital offering starting with the first themed digital event on planting topics starting today Wednesday, March 10. Presenters will talk about maximizing profitability through small changes, share practical equipment tips, plus explore new developments in autonomous ag equipment.
Registration for the Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show Digital Pass is now open, and offers farmers:
- Six themed one-day digital events throughout the year with presentations on planting, growing, equipment, harvest, dairy and innovation topics
- Industry expert sessions and demonstrations, plus research and technology updates
- On-demand content available 24/7 and in between digital event days
