INGERSOLL - Oxford OPP have handed out an impaired driving charge to a man riding an e-scooter.
Police stopped the 40 year old man on Saturday at 12:42 a.m in the area of Harris and David Street in Ingersoll. Police were tipped off about a possible impaired driver in the area. After an investigation police ended up charging the man with care or control while impaired and care or control over 80 milligrams. The man was released on a promise to appear at Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on September 15, 2015.
