STRATFORD - The Perth District Health Unit is searching for a dog owner after a dog biting incident in Stratford.
The dog was leashed and walking with a middle aged woman wearing a white coat late Thursday Morning near the Stratford Festival on the Avon River walking path. The dog is described as medium/large-sized, dark in colour with pointed ears and wearing a red vest.
The Health Unit is investigating this incident to check if the dog has up-to-date rabies shots. If the dog is not found, the person who was bitten may need to complete a series of rabies shots.
