The OPP is searching for a Caucasian man in his mid-50s after a cyclist was assaulted in Perth East Township.
PERTH EAST - An investigation is underway after a cyclist was assaulted in Perth County.
Police say the victim was heading north on Perth Road 111, when a passing vehicle pulled over somewhere between Highway 8 and Line 37 at around 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The driver got out of the newer model back Dodge Ram pickup truck and that's when the cyclist was allegedly assaulted. No injuries were reported.
The Perth OPP is now looking for a Caucasian man in his mid-50s. He stands at about 6'4", weighs about 300 pounds, and he also had a short buzz cut. He was also wearing a baseball cap at the time.
