Everyone is invited to stop by the Community Outreach table at Woodstock's Museum Square.
WOODSTOCK - A Community Outreach table will be available at Woodstock's Museum Square every Monday and Thursday afternoon.
It will operate much like the Community Free table that is run by Chris Eby on Saturdays. Tim Smith with Cycles of Life for Supportive Transitional Living says they are thrilled to sponsor the Outreach Table.
"We have food and clothing and if people just want to come up and talk, we will happy to talk with them, we just want to help people out who are in need."
Smith says everyone can stop by the table on Monday and Thursdays.
"We just started in February to help sponsor it, the response has been great, last month we averaged about 20 people per day who were coming to the table to make use of it."
We would like to take this opportunity to ask anyone who would like to support these efforts to the “Community Outreach Table” come on down to Museum Square on Monday and Thursday from 1:00pm-3:00pm, or to the Cycles of Life table at the Woodstock Farmer’s Market on Saturday morning. Or to Chris Eby’s “Community Free Table” Saturdays from 11:30am-2:00pm.
