An assault charge has been laid after an incident in Paris over the weekend.
PARIS - The Brant County OPP investigated an assault in Paris.
On Saturday at 10:50 p.m., officers responded to a business on Rest Acres Road for the report of an alleged assault.
During the investigation, it was determined that a man was assaulted, and the suspect was taken into custody.
As a result, a 21-year-old Brant County man has been charged with assault and will appear in Brantford Court next month.
