Briefs include a Brampton man accused of criminal harassment and stealing a delivery van, a black Cadillac taken from a home on Canrobert Street and a Woodstock man busted driving a stolen vehicle.
WOODSTOCK - Woodstock Police were called to Edinburg Drive on Friday morning, just after midnight after getting a call about two suspicious men.
Three women watched the men park in multiple locations on Edinburg Drive and Thompson Street. When the ladies, told them, they had called police, the men left the area on foot. The vehicle the men were driving had been reported stolen out of Peel Region.
Then on Friday, just after noon a 2008 white Dodge Caravan used for package deliveries was stolen in the area of Arthur Park Avenue. The van contained 79 packages that still needed to be delivered. Police tried to pull over the stolen vehicle, but gave up on the chase when it became too dangerous near Innerkip.
After investigation both incidents, police arrested 26 year old Gurvir Grewal of Brampton and charged him with the following:
- Criminal Harassment
- Failure to Comply with Release Order
- Flight from Peace Officer
- Dangerous Operation
- Occupant of Motor Vehicle Taken Without Consent
- Theft of Motor Vehicle
- Driving While Under Suspension

WOODSTOCK - A black 2013 Cadillac CTS has been stolen from a home on Canrobert Street.
Police say the vehicle was taken from the driveway, sometime between early Friday evening and Saturday morning.

WOODSTOCK - A 35 year old man from Woodstock has been arrested after police busted him driving a stolen vehicle on Thursday afternoon.
The man was charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000.
