Woodstock Police arrested an 18 year old on charges of drug trafficking, possession of stolen property and weapons yesterday while responding to an apparent drug deal in progress.
WOODSTOCK - Woodstock Police arrested an 18 year old who they say was trying to sell drugs on Thursday morning.
Officers were called to Ridgewood Drive just after 6 yesterday morning about a suspected drug deal. When officers approached the suspect vehicle, they observed a weapon.
The 18 year old male was arrested without incident and charged with the following:
- Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000
- Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Other Drugs
Police seized an amount of cocaine, psilocybin, Canadian currency, weapons and other drug paraphernalia.
