With winters' chill still in the air, many are asking, "When will spring weather ever arrive?" Environment Canada meteorologist Jeff Coulson says they can't remember the last time there were snowsquall watches in April for southern Ontario. He says it has no doubt been a slow start to spring. "It is going to be another week or so of somewhat below seasonal temperatures but a number of the medium range models that take a look at the next couple of weeks or so are showing a bit of a warm up as we get into the middle of April. Perhaps seeing more in the way of double digit temperatures." The good news is, overall, the federal weather agency is calling for a seasonably warm spring, with average amounts of rainfall.
