Norwich Township will be hosting it's Canada Day festivities in the Village of Norwich this year and the Township is currently looking for volunteers for the organizing committee.
NORWICH - The Township of Norwich is looking for volunteers for the 2022 Canada Day Committee.
You have until Wednesday February 16th to submit a letter of interest to Deputy Clerk Kimberley Armstrong if you're interested in signing up. Her e-mail address is karmstrong@norwich.ca or you can mail the letter to the Township Office (285767 Airport Road, Norwich, ON, N0J 1P0). All committee members must live or own property within Norwich Township.
A new Canada Day Committee is appointed every year and it always consists of 12 voting members who are tasked with organizing a free event on July 1st. You can read more about the committee details online here.
The Township's Canada Day festivities always alternate between four host communities; Burgessville, Norwich, Otterville, Oxford Centre and Springford. This year's event will be taking place in Norwich
