A community will rally together once again tonight in the name of Tori Stafford. The 8-year-old girl will be remembered at a candlelight vigil at the Zellers Parking lot in Woodstock. That was the meeting point 3-years-ago, just days after Tori first disappeared. At the time, fear and anxiety over the missing girl drew the crowd to tears. Today, organizer Brittany Davis says the mood will be different. The girl's family members are expected to speak briefly between a balloon launch and the lighting of candles. It will begin around 7:30. People are asked not to park in the Zellers Parking lot. Anyone with access to helium is asked to bring it for the balloons. For more information click here.
