Oxford OPP have been cracking down on speeding in rural areas. Over the weekend, OPP pulled over three drivers who had allegedly topped over 50km/h over the posted speed limit. Speeds of 74, 65 and 52 kilometers an hour over the posted limit were picked up on radar on the 401, as well as in Zorra and South-West Oxford townships. Those drivers have lost their vehicles and licenses for 7-days, and face hefty fines and demerit points if they're convicted. Charged are: Wei Su, 20-year-old male of North York Josephus Pelders, 19-year-old male of Embro Michael Cooper, 48-year-old male of South West Oxford Township
