It runs from 8:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. on Saturday October 26th and tickets will be available at the door.
THAMESFORD - The Thamesford Lions Club is ready for spooky season.
Communications and Publicity Coordinator Rebecca Haggerty says they will be hosting a 19-plus Halloween Bash at the Thamesford District Rec Centre on Saturday October 26th.
"The Thamesford Lions are really excited to host a live event against in person with a dance/bash celebration. It's been a few years, so the excitement is real for us too!"
It runs from 8:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. that evening and prizes will be awarded for the best single, duo, and group costumes. The event will also include live music from local band Gravity Wagon.
Haggerty says all of the money raised will stay in the community.
"In the past, the Thamesford Lions have helped out lots of organizations, groups and teams in the Zorra Township community. We also put our money back into infrastructure or community projects like pavilions, walkways, or updating the parks here in town. I am so blessed to be part of this organization."
Tickets will be available at the door for $15 per person or $20 for a couple. Cash will be accepted and they will also have a debit machine on site.
