A new subdivision could be on the way for Thamesford. Oxford County Council adopted a motion Wednesday night for the creation of Thames Springs, a 112 lot subdivision off of Boyd Boulevard. The proposed draft plan would see the creation of single detached, semi-detached and street fronting townhouses and five new local streets. At the April 16, 2013 Council Meeting, Township of Zorra Council passed a resolution indicating that they support the draft plan of subdivision submitted by Toil Developments Inc.. No time frame for the development was discussed.
