Tim Bosma's murder case is back in court today.
HAMILTON -- The three suspects charged in the death of Tim Bosma are scheduled to appear in court today.
Bosma went missing from his home in Ancaster May 6th, 2013 when he left with two men who were taking his truck for a test drive, that he posted for sale online.
About a week later, the 32 year-old's remains were found burned beyond recognition at a farm near Ayr that belonged to one of the suspects, Dellen Millard.
Millard and Mark Smich are facing first-degree murder charges while Christina Noudga, who police say was Millard's girlfriend, has been charged with being an accessory after the fact.
