OPP on the lookout for a pair who assaulted a home owner and stole two puppies from a Norwich Road home
OPP are on the look out for a pair of suspects after a Brant County man was assaulted and two puppies were stolen from his property.
It happened during the 4 o'clock hour Friday afternoon.
Police say two suspects went to a Norwich Road home after answering to an ad for Pomeranian puppies.
The homeowner let the suspects into his home where the pair allegedly showed an edged weapon and physically assaulted the homeowner.
The suspects then left with a male and female puppy, about 8-10 weeks old.
The male suspect is described as having olive or light brown skin colour, 20 to 30 years of age, 5’4 to 5’6, stocky build, round face, dark brown hair, brown eyes and was wearing dark clothing.
The female suspect is described as white, approximately 5’4, slim build, long blond hair in a ponytail, slim face and was wearing a yellow top, dark pants and dark shoe-boots.
The vehicle is described as an older, small white vehicle.
