OXFORD COUNTY - Environment Canada says brief, but intense snowfall expected to develop this morning.
A snow squall is in effect for areas around Oxford County, including Woodstock and Tillsonburg.
Flurries will develop early this morning, while a brief period of heavy snow is expected later on.
They say they're anticipating strong wind gusts of up to 70 kilometres per hour. The combination of heavy snow and strong winds will result in reduced visibility.
Other areas affected are Brant County. Environment Canada adds people living in these areas should look out for these adverse weather conditions and take safety precautions.
Due to the sudden changes in the weather, travel conditions are expected to be poor and visibility may be reduced at times.
