A city woman is facing impaired driving charges. At 4 o'clock Sunday morning, a motorist called police about a vehicle that was stopped at a set of traffic lights on Finkle St. The driver was asleep in the drivers seat. Police arrived and questioned the driver, who was taken to police headquarters for breath tests. 34-year-old Andrea Jones is charged with having care and control of her of her vehicle while impaired, along with impaired driving, and having more than 80 mgs of alcohol in 100 mls of blood.
