Stratford Police have arrested a 34 year old woman after a stabbing in the City last week. Oxford OPP were called to a fire this morning in Zorra Township, they didn't find a fire, they did charge a man with impaired driving.
STRATFORD - Stratford Police have arrested a 34 year old woman after a stabbing at a hotel in the East end of the City last week.
A 52 year old man was stabbed last Tuesday. The incident was first reported to Police, hours after the altercation took place. The 52 year old victim only called the EMS when his wounds got worse. He was taken to the hospital with non life threatening injuries.
On Monday police charged Charlotte Haldane with Aggravated Assault and Breach of Probation.
She was held in custody to attend a bail hearing at a later date.

ZORRA TOWNSHIP - A 30 year old man from Dorchester has been charged with impaired driving after a single vehicle crash in Zorra Township.
Police were called to the 17th line about a report of a fire around 2:00 am this morning. They didn't find any evidence of a fire, however they did find a vehicle in the ditch.
The driver was charged with impaired driving.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock at a later date.
