Oxford OPP have released the name of the man killed in the collision on Highway 19 Wednesday morning. 29 year-old Jason Howe of Mount Elgin died when the van he was driving collided head-on with a transport truck near Ostrander. Police say they are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash and are looking to speak with any witnesses. Anyone who has not already spoken to police is asked to call Oxford OPP at 519-688-6540.
