Police have charged an 18 year old man from Norfolk County with manslaughter.
NORFOLK COUNTY - An 18 year old man from Norfolk County has been charged with manslaughter.
OPP responded to call on Highway 59 in North Walsingham on Wednesday June 20th about an unresponsive man. The man was taken to the hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.
After investigating police have charged James Cuthbert with manslaughter.
Detectives from the Norfolk County OPP Detachment are continuing to investigate, under the direction of Detective Inspector Andy Raffay, of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date.
