For the second day in a row, Oxford County does not have any active cases listed for COVID-19.
OXFORD/ST.THOMAS/ELGIN - Southwestern Public Health is no new active case of COVID-19 today.
This means we only have 2 active cases in the region and both are in Elgin County.
To date, the Health Unit has tested 8,729 people for COVID-19. We have 83 cumulative confirmed cases, 77 cases have been resolved, 4 people have died from the virus and we currently have 2 active cases. We have also have had three institutional outbreaks since the pandemic was declared and the are all listed as resolved.
