Tillsonburg Hydro Inc. has come out with their own website for customers
TILLSONBURG - Tillsonburg Hydro Inc. has come out with a new website to help their customers access information about their local distribution company.
Company President David Calder says previous information about Tillsonburg Hydro Inc. was only available on the Town's website. "In order to separate the two businesses for clarity for the public, the board of directors for Tillsonburg Hydro Inc. wanted a separate website that provides information to the Tillsonburg Hydro customers as opposed to trying to find information on the municipal town's site that really addresses more issues related to the municipality then to the hydro business."
Calder says the site is meant to be a one stop shop for customers.
Calder says customers will also be able to access their account information.
He says the new website represents a significant milestone in the development of the corporation."It's a great communication tool for Tillsonburg Hydro to be able to get information out to our 7000 customers so therefore it will be an important tool for two-way communication."
Calder says the website is also mobile friendly and meets the provincial standard for accessibility.
The new website was created locally by Akira Studio of Ingersoll.
The new website can be reached here.
