Police have located the two-year-old girl who was the subject of an Amber Alert in Toronto.
TORONTO - The missing two-year-old girl in Toronto has been found safe.
Alicia Choy was the subject of an Amber Alert that was issued at around 7:40 p.m. last night. Toronto Police were able to find her less than an hour later and she has been assessed by paramedics.
Police had reason to believe that the girl was abducted by her father, 41-year-old Logan Anthony Choy.
