UPDATE: Hunter has been located. Oxford County OPP is currently investigating the report of a missing male from Blandford Blenheim Township. James Hunter, 28 years old, left his residence on Township Road 4 yesterday evening while it was raining heavily and has not been heard from since. Hunter is described as 5'10", 140lbs with blue eyes, a goatee, and a tattoo saying "Zachariah" on his right arm. He was last seen wearing blue or black t-shirt, blue jean shorts and skateboard shoes.
