The judge presiding over the Tori Stafford murder trial has reversed his earlier ruling when it comes to the confession video of Terri-Lynne McClintic. Justice Thomas Heeney has now told the jury, they can consider McClintic's video confession to police as evidence, and weigh it against her testimony on the stand. The evidence is conflicting. In the video, which jurors are watching an extended version of today, a sobbing McClintic tells a police detective that it was Michael Rafferty that killed Tori Stafford with a hammer. In her testimony at the trial last week, McClinitc has said it was her that wielded the hammer. McClintic is back on the stand today, but so far, the court continues to view an extended confession video where she offers up details on what happened on April 8th. She's shown in the video crying and blowing her nose, drinking coffee and eating a pastry, along with smoking cigarettes.
