OPP have some tips for shoppers hitting the stores this holiday season.
Holiday shopping is underway and Provincial Police have some tips for shoppers hitting the stores.
First and foremost keep your wallets and purses safely secured and on your person at all times. Don't carry huge amounts of cash and when you use your debit and credit cards make sure to shield your PIN number.
Always make sure your vehicle is locked and keep your presents in the trunk and out of plain sight. When it comes to parking your vehicle, an unlocked door or an open window is an invitation to thieves.
Also try to park in a well lit area and roll up your windows.
