Over 300 Ontario drivers have been caught drinking in the 9 days since the Festive RIDE campaign started. OPP are reporting 151 drivers have been charged with impaired driving since November 24th. Another 152 Ontario drivers were given driving suspensions for having a blood alcohol level between .05 and .08. Police want to remind drivers to think of alternative transportation when they plan on drinking. They encourage the public to call in suspected drunk drivers.
