The holidays can be a little lonely for some people, so the Canadian Mental Health Association - Oxford has a solution.
WOODSTOCK - The Canadian Mental Health Association - Oxford is looking to provide more joy to those feeling less jolly during the holidays.
Santa's Gone Social provides a fun atmosphere for people who may been not be feeling great in between Christmas and New Year's.
Event Assistant Catie Lyon says it's an event anyone can attend.
"You can bring your family, you can bring your friends and everybody can kind of get together. So it just kind of gives a place for everyone to go over the holidays."
Santa Goes Social is happening at the Upper Thames Brewery on December 27th, where people can socialize over drinks and live music.
Lyon says it has everything you'd want from a fun event.
"People can just walk around and talk to whoever while the live music is playing, and then there's going to be the silent auction as well. So it's just a good place to go."
Proceeds from the event will go towards the CMHA in Oxford.
