Police seized over $350,000 worth of drugs after searching four homes in Woodstock, Stratford, and Orangeville last week.
WOODSTOCK - Charges have been laid in a $350,000 drug bust.
The Woodstock Police Service (WPS) joined forces with Stratford Police eight months ago, to take down a drug trafficking network.
In a video posted on the Woodstock Police Facebook page yesterday, Inspector Jamie Taylor said police searched four homes in Woodstock, Stratford and Orangeville last Thursday.
"The operation resulted in the seizure of significant quantities of fentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine with a total value exceeding $350,000. In addition to the drugs, a loaded Glock 43 handgun and a stolen motorcycle were located and seized."
He added four people have been charged as a result.
"A 42-year-old from Woodstock, a 35-year-old from Orangeville, a 30-year-old from Orangeville, and a 43-year-old from Stratford were arrested and held in custody pending a bail hearing. Each individual is facing a series of serious charges including trafficking controlled substances, weapons offences and stolen property offences."
